Cycling Sasquatch is a one-stop shop for brewery consulting. Comprised of a team of 3 craft beer lovers, we do everything from designing the facility all the way to brewing the beer and everything in between.
What started as a dream brewery for owner Kenny Driggers, Cycling Sasquatch evolved over the years into its current state of managing 3 different breweries in the upstate of South Carolina. With a combined 20 years of brewing there isn’t much we haven’t seen. We all began as homebrewers and have brewed on everything from 1/2 bbl systems to 30 bbl production brewhouses. Not only do we know how to brew but partner Larry Bryant also spent years working for a large, local wholesaler installing and maintaining draft equipment all over the upstate.
Craft beer is more than just a fad to us, we live and breathe beer and just want to share that love with everyone we meet.

Southernside brews a wide variety of beers for the diverse palates that come in off of the Swamp Rabbit Trail or adjacent Unity Park. We offer anything from a German-style Pilsner “So Fresh and So Clean” to our popular NEIPA “Stranglehold” or our heavily fruited sour series “Sirens”

The largest brewery under our management, Double Stamp boasts a 10 bbl brewhouse with 6 10 bbl fermenters and 1 20 bbl fermenter. With a growing distribution network, Double Stamp is a more “hop-forward” brewery with the likes of “Pretty Bird” Hazy Pale Ale, “Grizzly Adams’ Beard” NEIPA, and “I.O.U.” Hazy Double IPA.

By far the most unique brands by Cycling Sasquatch, Bottom Feeder is a true labor of love. All beers are foeder fermented, blended, and bottle conditioned. These little babies take months or even years for the house microbes to fully develop. Brewed and packaged out of Double Stamp, each beer is unique and super limited allowing only the best of blends to be bottled and released.
